Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused and ready for sale again.

Refunds and exchanges take approximately 5 days to process from the receipt of the return.  Please use a tracked service for returns as I am not responsible for refunding items lost in the post.

Small items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Parcels are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For tracked service.

All orders take approximately 2 to 3 working day to process.
