Shipping Policy section. Shipping Parcels is by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, which aims for 2-4 working days. All other packages are sent by Royal Mail Standard Shipping.
There is also a Contactless Collection option where you can pick up your package locally upon receipt of your email confirmation. The email confirmation outlines the times and days for collection.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Policy Section. If your items arrived damaged then please contact me within 48hrs of receiving your parcel to report the damage. Photographic evidence is required of ALL packaging and breakages.
If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your purchase, you should make contact with me within 14 days to explain the reason for the return or exchange. The email is firstname.lastname@example.org. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the original packaging, be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. To complete your return, proof of purchase is required. The return shipping cost will be paid by you and you should use a tracked service to ensure the items safe return. I cannot be responsible for items lost in the post and you will not receive a refund if the items are lost due to using a non-tracked service.
I will email you to let you know that I have received your item. Your item will be inspected for damage or if it has been used. Once the item has been inspected I will email you to let you know that your refund is being processed. Refunds take 5 working days to be processed back the card/PayPal you used to purchase the item. If you just want to exchange the item, then email me at the email address above and I will walk you through the procedure for exchanging an item.
