As a local small business and entrepreneur, I am committed to providing the utmost in customer service to anyone who purchases from me.  I am to fulfil your orders within two to three working days.  In many cases orders are processed the next day.  If you are not happy with your purchase, I do have a returns policy or you can contact me at kaelaelliottgifts@gmail.com.

Small parcels are sent by a Royal Mail tracked service and cards are sent by Royal Mail large letter service.  All queries and questions in relation to orders and products are answered promptly and in many cases on the same day.  I am happy to answer any queries so please do not hesitate to contact via social media messaging or by email at kaelaelliottgifts@gmail.com

As a small business, I am committed to protecting your data and privacy whilst using my website.  Your data is treated with the utmost care and responsibility.  Sensitive data such as card payments are used to process your orders.  Https technology is used in the secure transactional areas of the website.  This sensitive data such as card payments are not used for any other purpose other than for your purchases and refunds.  Paypal payment information is held by Paypal.  Your email address is only used to contact you in relation to your order.  We do not use your email for marketing purposes unless you sign up to the newsletter.  Whereby you can unsubscribe at any time.

 

Your personal data is never passed onto a third party, it is only ever used to process orders and for promotional purposes if you signed up for it. You have the option to unsubscribe at any time.
